The health effects of chocolate are the positive and negative effects that may be on the health of eating chocolate.

Unlimited consumption of large amounts of energy rich foods, such as chocolate, without an increase in activity that fits, increases the risk of obesity. Research

Acne

The overall evidence is not enough to determine the relationship between chocolate and acne consumption.
