Amazon Locker is a self service package delivery service offered by Amazon online retailers. Amazon customers can choose any Locker location as their shipping address, and take their order at that location by entering a unique pickup code on the Locker touchscreen. However, certain third-party sellers in Amazon may not be able to ship to Amazon Locker, as they use other delivery services such as FedEx or UPS that require a signature.

Operation
A customer orders a package from Amazon and sends it to the Locker location. Amazon's preferred carriers deliver to lockers, and customers receive a digital pickup code via email or text message. Once a unique pickup code is inserted into the locker screen, the set door is open for packet retrieval. Amazon customers have three days to collect their packages once they receive their retrieval code.
Amazon customers can also return the package to choose Amazon Lockers. Amazon Locker can sometimes be full and therefore not available when shipping is attempted. In this case the customer has to wait an unspecified amount of time until space is available.
Locker location
Amazon partnered with retail stores such as 7-Eleven and Spar to host Amazon Locker counters. Retailers receive an allowance from Amazon to host a kiosk. Staples and RadioShack join this program briefly in 2012, only to attract the following year.
7-Eleven has kiosks in 186 locations in the US by 2015.
In the United Kingdom, Amazon has partnerships with Co-operative Food and Morrisons. The lockers are located in several Co-op and Morrisons stores. Since 2012, the library in West Sussex has also operated Loker. Large retail centers often have Amazon Lockers, for example there are two in One New Change in London, and there is one in Stratford Center.
Amazon also expanded Locker programs in Canada, France, Germany and Italy.
In 2017, Amazon announced plans to launch Amazon Locker at selected Whole Foods Market locations.
Amazon Hub
