The Utah Coalition for Educational Technology (UCET) is a nonprofit organization, volunteer service, 501 (c) 3 Utah consisting of educators and others interested in promoting technology-enhanced learning and teaching for all teachers and students. Its annual membership exceeds a thousand people. UCET is a full affiliate of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). UCET is associated with and works closely with the Utah Education Network and the Utah State Education Office.

Official mission
- Promote the development of cooperatives and use of effective information technology (or educational technology) at Utah educational institutions.
- Provides a forum for information exchange on technology by holding conferences, meetings and workshops, and publishing bulletins.
- Unite all those interested in the use of technology in education for the purpose of representing their interests to one another and to the public.

Annual conference
One of the annual events of UCET's action is its annual conference, attended by several hundred enthusiastic applicants, including educators, educator candidates and interested people from all parts of Utah, the United States, and other countries. Key recent speakers include David Pogue, David Warlick, Marc Prensky, Porter Bernajean, Ann Collier, Bernie Dodge, and Steve Wozniak, among other prominent technological educators. The UCET website also includes past conference material files and plans for upcoming conferences.
The UCET Editor has also prepared a remarkable monthly bulletin series with news, tips and other information that is very timely. It is also available for viewing or downloading on the website.
